Balconies
Apartments 12 to 15 feature spacious balconies that run along the length of the St Andrew's Street elevation and overlook the historic city centre. Each balcony has space for outdoor seating and entertaining, external lighting and a natural sandstone floor.
Rooftop gardens
The enclosed, private rooftop gardens are unique to central Cambridge. The externally lit gardens will all be paved with sandstone, complementing the exterior of the building and creating an attractive backdrop for container planting.
Apartments 12 to 15 will have, in addition to the balconies to St Andrew's Street, enclosed gardens with natural timber fencing. These are accessed from the main living space at the rear of the apartments.
Apartments 4 to 10 will have south-east facing gardens with stunning views towards the roofs of historic Emmanuel College.
The second floor communal area comprises part-covered, well lit limestone walkways providing access to apartments. Covered cycle storage and external storage for refuse bins can be found here, along with a low level, lockable external storage unit for each apartment.
